Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and service, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to create a loyal customer base.
  • Provide expert knowledge of our vehicle inventory, including features, options, and pricing.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Ability to learn and understand our vehicle inventory and features.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional and well-groomed personal appearance.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
