Salary
The estimated salary for this role ranges from $34.00 to $53.03 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may be available, including shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime premiums, and bonus opportunities.

Job Description
This RN Resident position offers an exciting opportunity to develop expertise in nursing through a structured curriculum, simulation, and authentic patient experiences guided by experienced preceptors. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to work in a dynamic environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess a recent graduation from an accredited nursing program and be newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less. You will also need to obtain National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification upon hire, as well as an Alaska Registered Nurse License. We encourage applicants with strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills to apply.
