Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Technician to join our team at Boyd Group Services Inc. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the meticulous assessment and quality repair of vehicles.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide a successful customer experience by restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will work closely with our team to achieve repair facility KPIs and embody the company's promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Realign car chassis and frames to repair structural damage.
  • Remove and replace damaged sections of vehicles with new or aftermarket parts.
  • Weld and attach parts into place, and prepare and repaint vehicles with factory-specified paint.
  • Successful completion of a technical school program or a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read job orders and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop.
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat to perform repairs and inspections.
