Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist for a local contract position in Massachusetts.

As a Respiratory Therapist with TRA, you will provide respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians. You will require expert proficiency and the ability to handle complex cases, as well as teach and mentor others. Your responsibilities will include diagnostic testing, treadmill use, complete pulmonary function tests, ABG machine maintenance, hemodynamics, special procedures, and ENGs.

TRA offers a preferred booking agreement for local contracts, guaranteed hours for travel contracts, and a contract security compared to working with an outside agency. Our clinicians are qualified to meet or exceed the minimum requirements of a travel or local assignment, and we may direct-hire you, reducing the time it takes to get you to work.

Our Respiratory Therapist must have an Associates Degree from an accredited program in Respiratory Care recognized by the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care. A Bachelors Degree from a CoARC accredited program is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Acute Care Setting is required, and the candidate must hold a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC), as well as a State License as a Respiratory Therapist, American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, NRP (Peds Specialty RT), and PALS certifications.
