Job Title: Respiratory Therapist for Local Contract Opportunity

Job Description:

Trusted Resource Associates (TRA) is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist for a local contract position. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians. Expert proficiency level is required, with the ability to handle complex cases and teach and mentor others.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform all types of Respiratory Care, including diagnostic testing, treadmills, complete PFTs, ABG machine maintenance, hemodynamics, special procedures, and ENGs.
  • Provide respiratory therapy to patients as ordered by physicians.
  • Expert proficiency level required, with the ability to handle complex cases and teach and mentor others.

Requirements:

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
  • State License as a Respiratory Therapist.
  • American Heart Association BLS.
  • ACLS, NRP (Peds Specialty RT), and PALS.
  • 2 years of experience in an Acute Care Setting.
