Job Title: Administrative Assistant

At Health Connect America, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our management team and direct service providers in the region.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to management and direct service providers, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, including photocopiers, scanners, and computers.
  • Assist with data entry, report generation, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Support the Office Manager or Program Director in preparing agendas, making arrangements for meetings, and conducting client chart audits.
  • Participate in conducting client, agency, and aftercare surveys as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required; associate's degree in business or administrative support field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of work experience in administrative/clerical work.
