Together with your colleagues, you will work across groups to plan, design, and reflect on educational and learning processes, contributing your ideas to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment.

Based on your observations, you will design and implement creative learning situations that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our children.

You will share your experiences and passions from various areas of life, such as nature, movement, language, and interculturality, to enrich the learning experiences of our children.

You will actively participate in parent work, fostering a trusting partnership with parents that is integral to your role.
