At BJC, we're seeking a skilled CT Technologist to join our dynamic team at Barnes-Jewish West County Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging services.

Job Summary:

The CT Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures in computed tomography (CT) on adults and pediatric patients. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients and equipment for procedures
  • Perform studies independently, in on-call situations, portable exams, and other sites as required
  • Ensure quality control and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Associate or trade school education
  • No experience required, but prior experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
  • IEMA certification (Illinois only, excluding MRI)
  • RTR, CT, MR, M, BD, CI, VI, RCIS, RCES certifications
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a CT or MRI environment
  • CPR certification
  • Intravenous therapy experience
