- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Industrial work experience preferred, with a focus on machine operation and warehouse management.
- Skills: Basic computer skills, ability to read and write in English, and a strong attention to detail.
- Certifications: Ability to become certified in forklift and overhead crane operation.
- Lifting and Carrying: Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 100 pounds.
- Standing and Walking: Stand on feet for long periods of time during a shift, with intermittent breaks.
- Environmental Factors: Work in a non-climate controlled environment and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by Cambria.
