Job Summary

Winco, Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up fixtures and welds to exacting standards, working closely with the Production Supervisor to ensure high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Successfully operate welding equipment and wear protective gear to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams accurately to meet production requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal staff, including Punch Press, Machine Shop, Engineers, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to achieve production goals.
  • Perform duties with attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and independently to meet deadlines.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
