Position Overview
The Renesas Palm Bay Operations team is in search of an Assembly Technician. The ideal candidate will engage in specific back-end semiconductor manufacturing processes involved in the production of semiconductor devices. Responsibilities include operating various equipment to perform tasks such as wafer scribing and breaking, die sorting, die attaching, lead bonding and sealing, testing, and packaging. The technician will also be responsible for reading, collecting, and documenting data.
Qualifications
Applicants must be prepared to work in a clean room environment, which includes wearing appropriate clean room attire. Previous experience in manufacturing that involves multitasking and microscope work is advantageous.
Work hours are during the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Basic mathematical skills
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
