AOM Healthcare Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team at AOM Healthcare. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the functions of the nursing department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Quality Care Delivery: Ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient nursing care to our residents.
  • Leadership and Management: Set and monitor achievement of goals and objectives for the nursing department, consistent with established philosophy and standards of practice.
  • Staffing and Development: Recruit and hire qualified nursing staff, establish competency/skills checklists, and prepare and assure adherence to an annual operating budget for the nursing department.
  • Compliance and Communication: Maintain and guide the implementation of current policies and procedures, ensure compliance with resident rights policies, and establish and maintain productive lines of communication with residents, families, internal staff, and external community.
  • Reporting and Quality Improvement: Prepare and submit reports on nursing department operations, as required, and actively participate in the quality improvement process for the facility.
