Kettering Health is a leading healthcare provider in southwest Ohio, committed to delivering high-quality care to every stage of life. As a Patient Registration I, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless patient experiences, from initial contact to treatment and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register patients with exceptional customer service, ensuring accurate and timely completion of registration processes.
  • Review scheduled outpatient visits to identify potential discounts and discuss payment arrangements with patients.
  • Assist patients with financial assistance forms, HCAP applications, and Medicaid applications as needed.
  • Verify patient information and update accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous registration or scheduling experience, preferably in a medical setting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn site-specific patient processing software.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
