Position Overview

  • Conduct thorough structural evaluations of various elements, including CMU, cast-in-place concrete, reinforcement steel, shoring/re-shoring, post-tension cables, and precast components.
  • The role necessitates the inspector's comfort in working at elevated heights and in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications

Threshold Inspector Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years of experience in the construction industry.
  • At least two years of experience with post-tension systems.
  • Proven experience in threshold inspections.
  • A valid driver's license is mandatory.
  • Possession of a State of Florida Standard Building Inspector (BN) License is essential.
  • Experience with commercial buildings and post-tension systems is preferred.
