We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Specialist - Day Camp Program Manager to join our team at Girl Scouts of Western New York Inc. This role is perfect for individuals who share our mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character.

The successful candidate will provide emotional support and guidance to children with challenging behaviors, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all. As a key member of our camp team, you will work closely with staff, parents, and other stakeholders to develop and implement individualized camper plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to children with challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement individualized camper plans in collaboration with the camp administrative team
  • Assist staff in developing conflict resolution and behavior management skills
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all campers and staff

What We Offer:
