About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team at HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS NEPHI. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the overall condition and upkeep of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily maintenance needs to ensure the right team is always on the right task
  • Carry out a preventative maintenance program that creates a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for our guests to enjoy
  • Help hotel renovations and other projects, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely completion of projects within budget
  • Maintain good working relationships with outside contractors
Requirements
  • An attitude of ownership and pride in the hotel
  • Above and Beyond Guest Service
  • Hotel experience preferred but not necessary, as long as there is a yearning to learn
  • Ability to clearly communicate and navigate maintenance app
