Position Overview - Video Intelligence Analyst

Gridiron IT is actively seeking a Video Intelligence Analyst to support critical maritime operations within the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity. The role requires an individual with an active TS/SCI clearance, who is willing to undergo a CI polygraph examination.

The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering situational awareness and producing intelligence analyses across various Areas of Responsibility (AORs). This role involves utilizing intelligence and information from diverse sources to evaluate, interpret, and predict a wide array of national security challenges and trends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive video intelligence support to operations and defense intelligence requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of collected data to inform decision-making processes.
  • Work collaboratively with the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity to enhance situational awareness.

Required Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant analytical experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.
  • Willingness to engage in 24/7 shift work as necessary.
  • Proficient understanding of the concepts and functions related to intelligence analysis.
  • Ability to apply classification guidelines and procedures effectively.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently while receiving oversight.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize information from multiple sources.
  • Proficient in producing clear and concise analytical reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and organization.
  • Experience in structured research methodologies, including information evaluation and organization.
  • Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in collected information.
  • Understanding of intelligence reporting and engagement with collection managers.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of education and experience totaling 7 years in the specific labor category.
