Position Overview
The Vulnerability Management Analyst plays a crucial role within the Production Engineering team, focusing on the security of operational technology systems. This position is responsible for conducting thorough security assessments of manufacturing systems and networks, particularly in the realm of machine control networks and industrial control systems (ICS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive hardware and software management program to ensure compliance with approved application versions in the operational technology environment.
  • Assess and prioritize identified vulnerabilities in hardware and software, ensuring effective tracking and resolution of remediation efforts.
  • Conduct risk assessments for significant changes to applications or systems, documenting necessary patches and identifying potential security risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold technical security standards and integrate them into ongoing projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation that outlines the threat and vulnerability management program, including policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field such as Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience with industrial control systems and machine control networks, with a solid understanding of communication networks.
  • Proficient knowledge of industrial cybersecurity principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen within a technical context.
