About the Role

As an Elite Premium Insurance Auditor with EXL Service, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of insurance premiums. This advanced-level position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform physical and remote audits of insured businesses to determine audit priorities and schedule appointments.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of business records and prepare written reports of findings.
  • Meet with business owners/managers to review audit results and implement necessary actions.
  • Transmit completed reports to Quality Review for handling by the required due date.
  • Travel to various sites as required to perform audits.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience performing remote/field Premium Insurance Audits.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage time and perform responsibilities with little direct supervision.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and clients.
