Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated individual to lead and manage projects within our Chemical Cleaning Division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic direction and oversee the execution of assigned projects.
  • Enhance operational systems, processes, and policies to support the mission of the Chemical Cleaning Division, focusing on improved management reporting and organizational planning.
  • Boost the effectiveness and efficiency of Branch and Support Services (HR, Safety, Finance, etc.) through process improvements and enhanced communication.
  • Contribute significantly to long-term planning initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence.
  • Manage overall operational planning, systems, and controls.
  • Oversee the Division budget in collaboration with Executive Management.
  • Support the development of Project Managers within the Division.
  • Organize and maintain Divisional documentation.
  • Conduct regular meetings with Executive Management to discuss Division operations and planning.
  • Assist the sales team in achieving ongoing prospect goals.
  • Supervise project budgeting and invoicing processes.
  • Implement project cost control measures.
  • Act as the primary liaison with customers and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree or a minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience in Chemical Cleaning or Industrial Management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least three service classifications.
