  • Participate in mandatory trainings and apply skills to enhance the quality of care.
  • Ensure health, wellness, and safety by managing crisis situations and providing appropriate supervision.
  • Transport and escort individuals on recreational activities, medical appointments, and other outings.
  • Build positive relationships and maintain a therapeutic environment through various methods.
  • Implement person-centered plans and complete documentation to ensure compliance and billing.
  • Apply foundational teaching skills to support individuals in achieving their goals.
Requirements
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required; some college is a plus.
  • Work or life experience within the intellectual/developmental disabilities field is a plus.
  • Ability to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Basic written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Tuberculosis test mandatory for most positions.
  • Drug Test, Pre Employment + Random.
