Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team at Expedient, a leading provider of multi-cloud platforms, hosting, and security solutions. As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our data center and network infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot network and system issues to ensure minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible service.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with clients at all levels.
  • Experience with network and system administration, including Windows and Linux operating systems.
