Music Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Music Therapist to join our team at CASA Speech and Development Services. As a Music Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide music therapy services to clients with developmental disabilities, working closely with a board-certified music therapist and collaborating with a diverse team environment.
Responsibilities- Provide music therapy services to clients with developmental disabilities, maintaining effective communication with supervisors and families.
- Maintain a passion for working with children and a genuine interest in pediatric therapy, utilizing effective communication skills to connect with children and families.
- Work collaboratively within a residential or clinical setting, demonstrating compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting children's growth.
- Hold a minimum bachelor's degree in Music Therapy or its equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- Have completed all educational and clinical training requirements as required by the American Music Therapy Association.
- Ability to work as a team member within a residential or clinical setting.
- Valuable hands-on experience in a clinical setting.
- Mentorship and guidance from experienced board-certified Music Therapists.
- Exposure to diverse patient cases and therapeutic approaches.
- Opportunities for skill development and growth in the field.
