Responsibilities- Provide music therapy services to clients with developmental disabilities under the direct supervision of a board-certified music therapist.
- Maintain effective communication with supervisors and families of clients.
- Possess a genuine interest in pediatric therapy and a passion for working with children.
- Exhibit effective communication skills and the ability to connect with children and families.
- Be able to work collaboratively within a diverse team environment.
- Display compassion, patience, and dedication to supporting children's growth.
- Hold a minimum bachelor's degree in Music Therapy or its equivalent from an accredited college or university.
- Have completed all educational and clinical training requirements as required by the American Music Therapy Association.
