Responsibilities:
As a Leasing Supervisor

  • Auden Apartment Homes
(a luxurious 325-unit mid-rise community) – Atlanta, GA

Key Duties:
As an integral member of our property operations team, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting tours of the community and specific apartments for prospective residents.
- Managing the lease renewal program through timely notifications and maintaining an innovative resident retention strategy.
- Coordinating market-ready requirements with the Community Manager, including the selection, setup, and upkeep of models and mini-models.
- Ensuring the accurate execution and timely completion of all applications, lease documents, move-in paperwork, and related documentation.
- Reviewing and making decisions on residency applications in collaboration with the Community Manager.
- Accurately recording and entering all leasing activities and traffic into the computer system on a daily basis.
- Accepting service requests and routing them to the service team, while following up with residents on service issues.
- Collaborating with the Community Manager to develop and maintain marketing, advertising, and promotional materials.
- Monitoring advertising publications and media, making recommendations to the Community Manager, and tracking publication deadlines and advertising costs per lease while assessing effectiveness and suggesting timely changes.
- Tracking the number of net leases each month by the leasing team.
- Adhering to all local/state regulations and complying with company policies and procedures.
- Assisting the Community Manager in formulating the advertising and marketing budget, working within the approved budget guidelines, and consistently seeking ways to optimize related expenses without compromising quality or community image.
- Completing monthly market surveys and marketing plans for the community, reviewing them with the Community Manager.
- Participating in the hiring, training, guidance, and management of Leasing Consultants.
- Planning, coordinating, and engaging in monthly resident activities.
- Assuming management responsibilities in the absence of or at the request of the Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in multifamily leasing.
- Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay Range:
$23.81 per hour


This pay range is approximate, and actual compensation may vary based on factors such as relevant job experience, education, training, and professional certifications.

Please note that this pay range does not include any additional compensation this position may be eligible for, such as commissions or bonuses.
