Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose any physical conditions to create personalized treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement programs to treat disorders and improve patients' physical abilities.
  • Provide training and education to patients and their loved ones on the programs.
  • Collaborate with various disciplines to ensure proper treatment for each patient.
Requirements
  • A valid WA PT license in good standing.
  • Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
