Responsibilities
  • Provide High-Quality Patient Care: Utilize a Family Centered approach to deliver nursing care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
  • Assess and Communicate Patient Needs: Assess individualized patient needs and communicate care priorities to assigned staff members.
  • Plan and Implement Care: Develop and implement evidence-based care plans that prioritize patient safety and well-being.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work effectively with LPNs, PCAs, Unit Coordinators, and Allied Health personnel to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document Patient Information: Accurately document patient information according to organizational standards and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required; Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years of hire.
  • Licensure: Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio required.
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification required; willingness to obtain and maintain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON, or other necessary certifications as determined by your manager.
