Senior LVN

In this dynamic position, you will provide exceptional patient care to a diverse patient population within multiple Dermatology practices. Working closely with faculty physicians, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, residents, medical students, nursing staff, and ancillary personnel, you will be an integral part of our interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including medication management, wound care, and procedural assistance.
- Assist with day-to-day patient care, inbasket messages, and phone interactions.
- Relay physician instructions, obtain prior authorizations, and provide patient education.
- Float within Dermatology locations to support patient care needs.
- Active license issued by the State of CA Board of Vocational Nurse Examiners with Intravenous Therapy and Blood Withdrawal Certification.
- Possession of active CPR BLS from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- Knowledge of dermatologic terminology, disease conditions, and UCLA forms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain a running inventory.
