Job Title: Chemist

We are seeking a skilled Chemist to join our team at Insight Global. As a Chemist, you will play a crucial role in the development and formulation of hair-related products.

Responsibilities:
  • Formulate hair-related products under the supervision of a Senior Chemist or Manager.
  • Collect and analyze raw material data from suppliers and update the formulation system.
  • Conduct stability and efficacy testing, and communicate results to the team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  • Collaborate with the fragrance coordination team to develop new fragrances and scents.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of industry experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Strong background in chemistry and laboratory procedures.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
