Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our fragrance development team, you will be responsible for formulating hair-related products, testing finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate hair-related products under the supervision of a Senior Chemist or Manager.
  • Test finished products and document work in a laboratory notebook.
  • Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
  • Collect raw material data from suppliers and update the formulation system.

Fragrance Coordination Support:

  • Collect all required information for fragrance briefings and tracking to completion.
  • Support fragrance evaluations.
  • Liaise with core fragrance houses on new technologies and innovations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of industry experience.
  • Strong background working within a lab environment.
  • Great computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in science or a related field).
