We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to collaborate with our clients and preferred CPAs to streamline their tax preparation experience.
You will advise clients on tax optimization strategies and help them make informed financial decisions to maximize their long-term savings.
During non-peak tax seasons, you will support our advisers and client service team.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between clients and our tax professionals and estate planners
- Inform clients about the process for submitting their income tax returns and ensure timely filing
- Provide tax support for clients during tax season
- Assist advisors by reviewing and advising on tax-related events for their clients
- Serve as a trusted tax advisor to clients, providing strategic tax planning and guidance
- Prepare annual ROTH conversion estimates for select families
- Analyze client accounts for quarterly rebalancing
- Field client tax questions as needed
- Stay informed on industry developments and changes in regulations
- Document customer interactions using our CRM
- Support the client service team when needed
- CPA certification preferred
- College degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax planning
- Strong personal tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws
- Experience with high-net-worth clients
- Familiarity with tax software
$60,000 - $75,000 yearly
