The Bakery Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient preparation and appealing presentation of our baked goods, upholding the highest standards of quality and productivity. This position is essential for facilitating communication between the kitchen team and front-of-house staff to guarantee that all bakery items are expertly crafted and delivered promptly to our patrons.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the transfer of bakery products from the kitchen to the service area, ensuring prompt and precise order delivery.
  • Supervise the preparation and display of baked items, adhering to top-notch quality standards.
  • Oversee the bakery showcase, ensuring all products are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Assist bakers in the preparation and baking of dough, pastries, and various bakery offerings.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the baking area and storage facilities.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen and service personnel to address and resolve any order-related issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels of baking materials and relay requirements to the purchasing department.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in a bakery, kitchen expediting, or a related position is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding the presentation and quality of baked products.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Familiarity with baking methods, kitchen sanitation, and safety protocols.
