Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and physically capable Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Capstone Logistics, LLC. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, and clean up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform warehouse duties including loading, unloading, and selecting products
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Repack and re-label products as needed
  • Sort and organize products in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Participate in clean up and housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
Requirements
  • High-energy individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift and carry 25-75lbs, with materials handled varying in weight and size
  • Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
