Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category strategies for kitchen equipment, including supplier selection, negotiation, and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiations, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
  • Provide data analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Work closely with the Global Equipment Manager to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications, such as P.E., PMP, CPM, or CSCP.
  • International experience in procurement or supply chain management.
