Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estate Attorney to join our team at Pierro, Connor & Strauss, LLC. As a key member of our estate and trust planning team, you will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, and providing legal advice to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on estate and trust planning matters
  • Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and estate plans
  • Provide legal advice to clients on estate and trust planning matters
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and paralegals to ensure accurate and timely completion of estate and trust planning tasks
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
  • Successful completion of the bar exam
  • Has a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
  • Superior communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a keen sense of urgency
