As a Branch Director with CenterWell Home Health, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our home health branch, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality patient care. Your leadership skills will motivate and educate staff, driving a cohesive team that prioritizes patient satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance patient care and branch efficiency.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, promoting quality improvement and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals.
- Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings, reviewing patient satisfaction data and implementing corrective actions.
- Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Current RN License.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Outstanding leadership skills with experience motivating, educating, and supervising staff.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience and proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Homecare Homebase.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
