Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Milliken. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving and processing shipments, managing inventory, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process shipments, verifying accuracy and completeness of deliveries
  • Manage inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other relevant data
  • Collaborate with the Supply Chain Manager to ensure efficient and effective warehouse operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supply Chain Manager or management team

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or supply chain environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
