**Job Description:**

As an In-Home Caregiver at Right at Home Kearney, you will provide essential assistance to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live comfortably in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
  • Performing light housekeeping tasks
  • Helping with medication reminders and adherence
  • Accompanying clients to appointments and social activities
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in clients' health and well-being

**Qualifications:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
