Job Description

ISI Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for maintaining the security programs for our clients, ensuring compliance with government regulations, and providing expert security advice and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Security Program Management: Update and maintain all security-related databases for our clients, including DISS, National Industrial Security System (NISS), and ACCS.
  • Security Clearance Management: Review and submit SCI nomination packages to various agencies via password-protected emails/government portals.
  • Incident Investigation: Investigate incidents and security violations, conduct administrative inquiries (AI), and submit reports as required.
  • Client Support: Manage clients' safeguarding requirements, including providing document control numbers and maintaining access rosters to security containers.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure our clients are compliant with Facility Clearance (FCL) government regulations and understand their corporate structure and bylaws as they pertain to the National Industrial Security Program (NISP).
Requirements:
  • US Citizenship: Required.
  • Security Clearance: Must possess and be able to maintain a Top Secret (TS) Clearance.
  • Education: Minimum of a High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED).
  • Experience: 2+ years as an AFSO or FSO, or 6 months minimum internal experience at ISI Enterprises as a Security Specialist.
  • Skills: Extensive knowledge and experience utilizing DISS/NISS, knowledge and experience utilizing ACCS preferred, ability to quickly understand policies and procedures presented during on-the-job training, strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills, friendly and professional demeanor, effective time management, positive mentoring and reinforcement, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
Training and Development:
  • CDSE Security Training: Must complete the following Center for Development of Security Excellence (CDSE) Security Training, Education, and Professionalization Portal (STEPP) courses prior to start, unless otherwise identified:
  • FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities curriculum (within 6 months of employment)
  • Establishing an Insider Threat Program training
  • Insider Threat Awareness training
  • Personally Identifiable Information (PII) training
  • Cyber Awareness training
  • NISS External User training
