The Stepping Stones Group is in search of enthusiastic and committed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver outstanding therapy services to students within charter school environments.


As a full-time, school-based professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Creating and executing tailored treatment plans based on assessment results.
  • Providing therapy services to students both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborating with educators, parents, and other school personnel to address students' communication requirements.
  • Monitoring student progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintaining precise and current records of therapy sessions and progress reports.


Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Application Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.


Licensure/Certification:

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (Required).
  • Speech Language Pathology License (Preferred).


Relocation:

  • Willingness to relocate before starting work (Required).
