The Stepping Stones Group is in search of enthusiastic and committed Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver outstanding therapy services to students within charter school environments.
As a full-time, school-based professional, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills.
- Creating and executing tailored treatment plans based on assessment results.
- Providing therapy services to students both individually and in group settings.
- Collaborating with educators, parents, and other school personnel to address students' communication requirements.
- Monitoring student progress and modifying treatment plans as needed.
- Maintaining precise and current records of therapy sessions and progress reports.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with children and adolescents in educational settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Application Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution.
Licensure/Certification:
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (Required).
- Speech Language Pathology License (Preferred).
Relocation:
- Willingness to relocate before starting work (Required).
