Job Summary

The successful candidate will lead a team of laboratory technicians in the production of vaccines and adjuvants, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products in a timely manner while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of laboratory technicians in the performance of various lab procedures, including bacterial culture operations, adjuvant production, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with cGMP regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Provide training and guidance to laboratory technicians.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a biological science field (e.g., microbiology, virology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or immunology).
  • Two or more years of experience as a Lab Technician II in a cGMP production and manufacturing position.
  • Working knowledge of microbiology, molecular biology, and/or biochemistry.
  • Additional experience in related areas of biologics production, quality control, quality assurance, and/or research is desired.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a clean room manufacturing laboratory, wearing required garments and face mask for certain processes. The environment will include fermentation and incubation production laboratories with exposure to warm to cold temperature extremes.
