Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact between project stakeholders to facilitate the effective implementation of the WMS software.
  • Establish project schedules and budgets, ensuring milestones are met through collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and follow-up of project deliverables.
  • Coordinate activities of Interlake Mecalux's software project engineers and consultants, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Engage with clients to support their training and comprehension of the WMS software.
  • Draft project reports, memos, and correspondence to communicate project status and challenges.
  • Verify the scope of change orders with clients, supporting technical and sales teams in cost determination and negotiation of terms.
  • Travel as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Computer Science, Telecommunications, etc.)
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing WMS implementation projects, preferably in both manual and automated warehouse environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
  • PMP Certification and familiarity with agile methodologies are preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are required; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
