About the Job
We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor for Quality Nursing to join our team at Providence Medical Group in Portland, OR. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $63,390 - $98,221 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, life insurance, disability insurance, time off benefits, and more.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
- An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
- 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
- Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses, and related clinical positions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an ambulatory setting
- 3 years - Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training, and performance evaluation
- 3 years - Experience providing patient education
