Job Summary: This is a full-time Clinical Supervisor position that requires a strong nursing background and leadership skills. You will oversee the performance of clinical staff, develop and implement clinical best practices, and work closely with the clinic leadership team to achieve our mission. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of dedicated caregivers who share your commitment to excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:Oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, and developing clinical best practices.Collaboration with the clinic leadership team to bring the professional nursing perspective and expertise to the group and uphold the standards of clinical practice.Development and implementation of policies, procedures, and educational programs related to clinical practice.Coordination of ongoing training and development opportunities for clinical staff.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of recent RN experience managing complex patients. Preferred qualifications include experience working in an ambulatory setting and providing patient education. Additionally, you should have strong leadership skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
