- Plan, organize, and present project deliverables according to project scope and timeline.
- Mentor other engineers and build relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Participate in developing the budget for the specific area of responsibility.
- Lead the resolution of technical issues and conduct tolerance analysis to ensure design robustness.
- Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks that may impact the overall product design and performance.
- Generate and review technical documentation, including design-controlled specifications and requirements.
- 7-12 years of experience as an individual contributor in technical leadership, including at least 5 years of medical device equipment experience.
- Proficient in using Solidworks for design and creation of complex assemblies and detailed drawings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead self and others in the execution of technical projects.
- Proactive planning and consistent follow-up behaviors.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who is eager to own a key subsystem of our robotic system. You should have a passion for manufacturing, assembly, and testing, as well as the ability to pull together cross-functional stakeholders and drive to a design decision.
