Responsibilities

  • Sample Preparation and Shipping: Prepare and ship samples to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receipt and storage of raw materials, packaging, and finished products.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including the storage and retrieval of samples and materials.
  • Coordination with Supply Chain and Sales Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sample preparation and shipping.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Implement and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) procedures to ensure the quality and safety of our products.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, record-keeping, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: +6 months experience in order fulfillment, data entry, and computerized operations.
  • Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, mathematical skills, ability to follow written and verbal instructions, and ability to work independently.
  • Training and Certifications: Forklift training, IATA training, and HAZMAT training.
