Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging curriculum areas such as Natural Science, Renewable Energy, Adventure Education, and Cultural History.
- Lead recreational activities and evening programs for weekend groups, ensuring unforgettable experiences for all participants.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of diverse groups.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all participants.
- A college degree or coursework in a relevant field, such as Education, Environmental Science, or Outdoor Recreation.
- Practical experience in education and outdoor programs, with a focus on youth development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively teach and lead groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- A competitive salary range of $500-$530 per week.
- On-site housing and meals when groups are in camp.
