Salary and Benefits

We offer a guaranteed base pay in excess of $200,000 with uncapped earning potential, as well as a sign-on bonus up to $40,000, student loan repayment assistance of $1,000/month, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans.

Job Description

As an Associate Dentist, you will provide dental services to patients with the support of your team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, managing patient flow, and collaborating with your colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (where required)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
