Primary Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable: Spearhead collection initiatives, which include managing gentle email reminders and occasional follow-up calls.
- Accounts Payable: Offer supplementary support, encompassing vendor reconciliations and transaction processing.
- General Accounting Assistance: Help with phone inquiries and participate in various assigned projects.
- Adaptability: Be ready to take on multiple roles and adjust to diverse tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Several years of background in accounts payable and receivable.
- Skills: Proficiency with spreadsheets and formulas; familiarity with v-lookups is advantageous. Experience with Epicor is a plus but not mandatory.
- Personal Attributes: Excellent communication skills, readiness to manage collections, and a proactive problem-solving attitude. Punctuality and attention to detail are essential.
Work Environment:
- Team Structure: Small team atmosphere with direct reporting to the Controller, collaborating with an Accounts Receivable Accountant and an Accounts Payable/Payroll specialist.
- Dress Code: Business casual attire.
- Parking: Open parking available.
Work Schedule:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
Compensation Package:
- Hourly Wage: $25-27/hr.

- Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of PTO in the first year, increasing to 3 weeks thereafter.
