Customer Service Ambassador

As a Customer Service Ambassador at Walmart, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for our customers. You may be the first point of contact, last interaction, or only associate a customer interacts with. That's why having a positive attitude, smiling, and greeting every customer is crucial. You are an ambassador of Walmart, representing our brand and values.
The pace can be intense, especially during peak hours, weekends, and holidays. You will juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, including scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items correctly, counting cash back, and maintaining a clean workspace. It takes a special person who is adaptable, multitasking, and passionate about customer service and helping others.

The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00, with actual hourly rates equaling or exceeding minimum wage requirements. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
